Sensorii Software
Sensorii software allows the user to have heightened situational awareness of a specific camera or groups of cameras. Sensorii is aimed to work with most major pan, tilt and zoom (PTZ) cameras, especially those geared towards long range (i.e. high zoom) perimeter and outdoor protection.
Sensorii software includes the Panorama Module which captures a static panoramic image representing the entire field of view of each camera. The panorama can then be used to pan, tilt, as well as zoom the camera to any point on the image. In addition to panorama for camera controls, Sensorii has the ability to integrate an Overhead Map Module by simply inserting a picture file, such as a geographic map or satellite image, which allows the user to view the camera’s location, field of view and range information; in real time! The overhead map is an interactive module which will allow the operator to control cameras directly within the map’s image. The overhead map module can also include a RADAR Module which will display the live target information from a RADAR and other GPS based sensors and will rapidly point the nearest camera to the threat detected for assessment and automated tracking.
Sensorii software registers and synchronizes the live video view with the panoramic map and the overhead map –allowing the user to maintain situational awareness at all times.
Additional Sensorii software modules include the VMD Module which allows the user to easily integrate 3rd party video motion detection hardware solutions and a Camera Add-On Module which allows the user to integrate 3rd party thermal cameras for target detection and acquisition purposes.
Sensorii is built within the .NET framework and utilizes open architecture principles so that it can easily integrate with other 3rd party hardware and software platforms as desired.

Sensorii SDK (software development kit)
Vumii makes every effort to design products that integrate well with a wide variety of complementary surveillance technologies, from software to sensors. But there are occasions when you might use an open-architecture product that is not part of the standard Vumii-integratable product set. For those occasions, we offer a software development kit that makes it possible to integrate with the widest possible set of technologies.
Standard Sensorii Modules
CAMERA MANAGER
- Provides an easy to use administrative tool to add and edit cameras within the Sensorii platform
- Organizes Sensorii cameras in client-server fashion so that multiple users can access one or more cameras
- Supports ability to add multiple PTZ cameras, including the Vumii Discoverii and Claritii systems
- Provides ability to test video and control connections with cameras, on-the-fly
- Shows all cameras and associated attributes in one screen
- Allows analog or IP camera configurations

PANORAMA MANAGER
- Provides total field of regard enabling situational awareness and point and click direction of live day or night images
- PTZ controls allows user to pan, tilt and zoom via mouse, joystick, or by clicking any pixel within the panorama
- Targets, represented as yellow circles on the panorama image, allow the user to save pre-set locations which can include complete camera as well as laser settings
- A password protected control panel allows user to create a panorama, create targets, and modify camera and laser settings

Optional Sensorii Modules
CAMERA ADD-ON MODULE MANAGER
- Allows optional devices, such as a thermal imaging camera, to be added and configured, as a secondary video channel for target detection and acquisition purposes
- Calibrates the main camera to the secondary video channel so they are synchronized within the panorama
- Allows for the secondary channel video device to leverage the main channel Pan-Tilt hardware
- The interactive secondary video channel can be used to point the main channel video to a target via a simple mouse clicks

Overhead Map Module
- Ability to insert any external map or satellite image into the Sensorii platform
- Allows user to scale the map for appropriate distance and range calculations
- Allows user to place one or more cameras on the map and set their GPS locations and orientation in terms of current field of view
- Provides additional situational awareness to user allowing them to select an active camera and move its field of view as desired

Radar Manager
- Allows user to easily add RADAR(s) to the overhead map and specify visual range rings as desired
- Ability to accept and display broadcast data from RADAR and other GPS based systems
- Ability to slew-to-cue and auto track PTZ cameras to RADAR targets

VMD Manager
- Allows the user to utilize common 3rd party Video Motion Detection solutions within the Sensorii platform
- Ability to create targets and tours using VMD algorithms during PTZ tour stops
- Ability to point the main video channel (for assessment) to motion detected on the secondary channel using the VMD.
- Ability to apply Video Motion Detection to a movable camera system by applying the “san, stop, analyze and detect” method in a rapid motion.
